Description:  M WCNP-03 with UP 8187, 7859, 8819, 7401 & 3974 on the point, and 8554 as the rear DPU handles 20lds, 95mts, 5602tns, 7147ft. Appears that UP 3974 has received another fresh coat of paint? I can’t seem to understand how some units that badly need paint get skipped while others are in the paint booth more than on the road!
